FAQ
Wingo Signals Frequently Asked Questions
Detailed, plain-language answers about Wingo predictions, period data, AI confidence, settled history, account access, plans, payments, privacy, and technical support.
What are Wingo signals?
Wingo signals are model-generated BIG or SMALL estimates based on the inputs available to a specific analysis tool. They help readers organize current period information and compare it with settled history. They are estimates, not guaranteed outcomes or transaction advice.
Each signal should be read with its period ID, status, confidence context, and later settled result. A signal without a matching valid period should not be compared with an unrelated actual result.
How do Wingo Signals tools work?
The platform reads available period data, validates usable inputs, applies the logic documented in the Methodology, and displays the response for the active tool. The page timer and refresh cycle help align the interface with the relevant 1-minute or 30-second format.
The 1-minute page, 30-second page, color tools, Smart AI page, and Wingo AI Signals page can use different data sources or models. One tool's output is not silently substituted for another tool.
What do BIG, SMALL, and color mean?
Digits 0 through 4 are classified as SMALL, while digits 5 through 9 are classified as BIG. Color tools use the category rules displayed on their page to summarize recent results and show historical balance.
These labels describe result categories. A previous BIG, SMALL, or color sequence does not force the next independent period to follow a particular direction.
What does the confidence score mean?
Confidence shows how strongly the current model inputs align with its selected category. It is a relative model indicator for that calculation, not a guaranteed probability, accuracy promise, or recommendation to act.
Confidence can differ between tools because models and features differ. The most useful context is the combination of period, model output, and honest settled history over time.
How is prediction history settled?
After a valid actual result arrives for the same period, the predicted category is compared with the actual category. A match is labeled WIN and a mismatch is labeled LOSS. The platform does not need a button tap to invent an actual result; settlement depends on valid source data.
Recent tool history focuses on settled records for readability. Dedicated 1-minute and 30-second history pages provide broader paginated result views where available.
Do I need an account or paid plan?
Some history and educational pages can be viewed without signing in. Features that track daily use, personalized access, payments, or plan permissions require a Google-authenticated account so usage can be associated with the correct user.
Premium access adds the features listed on the current Subscribe page. Purchasing a plan does not guarantee a prediction result, accuracy level, profit, or improved future outcome.
How do daily limits and resets work?
A page with a daily prediction allowance checks the authenticated user's current plan and usage record. A delivered usable prediction can increase the count, while skipped or invalid responses should not. The interface displays the applicable limit and reset schedule.
Administrative access changes are stored against the user account. If the displayed count or plan is incorrect, contact support from the account email and include the affected page and approximate time.
Why can a page or history update slowly?
Update speed depends on source response time, network conditions, database queries, validation, and device connectivity. The frontend may preserve the latest valid data during a temporary request failure to avoid a distracting show-hide glitch.
Reloading can help after a deployment or connection interruption, but repeated errors should be reported with the URL, browser, device, screenshot, and period ID.
Are Wingo predictions guaranteed to be accurate?
No. Wingo Signals does not promise 100 percent accuracy, guaranteed wins, fixed profit, no loss, or risk-free earnings. Historical performance can change and does not establish what an independent future period will produce.
The platform is designed for educational analysis, historical comparison, and interface convenience. Review both WIN and LOSS outcomes and use the tools responsibly.
How are payments, refunds, and privacy handled?
Plan purchases and manual payment reviews follow the current checkout and subscription terms. Refund eligibility, evidence requirements, review steps, and processing timelines are explained in the Refund Policy rather than being determined by an individual prediction result.
The Privacy Policy explains account data, authentication, analytics, support messages, and retention. Never send your password, one-time code, or private authentication token to support.
How can I contact Wingo Signals support?
Email [email protected] or use the Contact and Support pages. For technical or data issues, include the page URL, period ID, approximate time, device, browser, and screenshot when possible.
Editorial corrections should identify the exact statement and why it may be inaccurate. Account and payment questions should be sent from the email associated with the user profile.
