Refund Policy

Paid plan updates carry a 30% update charge. Refund eligibility is separate, begins with the ULTRA PLAN, and requires at least 7 consecutive settled losses verified from server history.

1. Paid Plan Update Charge

FREE TIER has no update charge. When a user requests an update or renewal of a paid plan, a service update charge equal to 30% of that plan's listed price applies. This charge helps cover the VPS capacity, cloud processing, secure storage, monitoring, deployment, and priority service resources required to update and maintain the account. The charge is calculated from the applicable plan amount and must be shown and accepted before payment; it is not an automatic or hidden debit.

Update charges increase or decrease with the selected plan because higher plans reserve more cloud and service capacity. If a discount or custom plan price applies, the charge is 30% of the paid plan amount shown during confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds start from the ULTRA PLAN. PRO PLANS and PREMIUM AI do not qualify. ULTRA PLAN, DIAMOND PLAN, and VIP ENTERPRISE qualify for 45% of the subscription price only when the same account and prediction feed records at least 7 back-to-back settled LOSS results.

  • 7+ consecutive losses: a streak of 7 or 8 losses qualifies once verified. A longer uninterrupted loss streak also qualifies.
  • Settled records only: WIN breaks the streak. PENDING, SKIP, null, deleted, or results from another game feed do not count as losses.

Amounts above use current listed prices. For coupons, custom prices, taxes, or partial payments, the refund is 45% of the subscription amount actually paid.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the seventh consecutive settled loss.
  • The account must not be suspended for abuse, sharing, resale, fraud, scraping, chargeback misuse, or another Terms of Service violation.
  • Loss streaks are verified only from unmodified server-side prediction history. Screenshots or manually edited records are not sufficient evidence.
  • A losing streak shorter than 7 settled losses, low confidence, or dissatisfaction with an individual prediction does not qualify.
  • Renewals follow the same qualifying conditions and request deadlines as new purchases.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible and normally take 5 to 10 business days after approval.

4. Payment Exceptions

Duplicate payment: An accidental duplicate charge may be refunded in full after verification. Report it within 7 calendar days with both transaction references.

Failed activation: Support will first attempt to activate or restore the purchased service. Any payment correction is reviewed separately from the 7-loss refund rule.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact support with your account email, plan name, payment date, UTR or transaction reference, and a short reason for the request. Never share your UPI PIN, password, OTP, or full banking credentials.

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Wingo Signals may update this policy for future purchases; the version shown at checkout applies to that transaction.
