When contacting our support team, you agree to communicate in a respectful and honest manner. Providing false information, impersonating others, or submitting fraudulent payment references will result in immediate account termination without refund.

When you purchase a Pro subscription on Wingo Signals, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license key that grants access to premium features. This license key is generated uniquely for your use and is stored securely in your browser local storage for automatic verification.

Your license key grants you access to features such as Telegram prediction alerts, priority signal processing, and advanced analytics for the duration of your subscription period. The specific features included in your subscription tier are described on our subscription page.

You may not resell, transfer, or share your license key with any third party. Doing so will result in immediate deactivation of your key without refund. If you need to use Wingo Signals on a new device, contact our support team and we will help transfer your license to your new device.

License keys are automatically validated when you access premium features. If your key has expired or been deactivated, you will be redirected to the subscription page to renew or purchase a new license.

Wingo Signals offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier provides access to basic prediction tools including the 1-minute prediction, 30-second prediction, color prediction, and game history logs. No payment or credit card information is required to use the free tier.

The Pro subscription tier requires payment via UPI or other supported payment methods. All payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. Only a truncated reference number is retained for license verification purposes.

Subscription periods are calculated from the date of successful payment activation. Your subscription remains active for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Before your subscription expires, you will receive a reminder through Telegram or on-platform notification to renew if you wish to continue accessing premium features.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. However, any price changes will not affect your current active subscription. Price changes will only apply to new purchases or renewals after the change takes effect.

Since premium access is activated instantly upon successful payment verification, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription tiers and durations.

In the rare event of a double payment or accidental duplicate purchase, contact our Telegram support team within 24 hours of the transaction. Provide your UPI reference number and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. We will review your case and issue a refund for the duplicate charge within 48 hours if the claim is valid.

Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of the transaction may not be processed. We encourage users to verify their payment details carefully before completing a purchase to avoid accidental duplicate transactions.

All content on Wingo Signals including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, prediction algorithms, software code, and design elements are the intellectual property of Wingo Signals and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent from Wingo Signals. This includes but is not limited to scraping prediction data, redistributing signals through unauthorized channels, or using our content for commercial purposes without a license agreement.

You are welcome to share screenshots of Wingo Signals predictions on social media or messaging platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you include proper attribution to Wingo Signals and do not modify or misrepresent the prediction data shown.

Wingo Signals and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. This includes but is not limited to financial losses resulting from betting decisions made based on our predictions, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Our platform is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our prediction tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and improvements that may temporarily affect service availability.

You agree that your use of Wingo Signals is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of relying on our prediction tools or any other information provided on our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wingo Signals at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms of service. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to license key sharing, fraudulent payment attempts, harassment of support staff, or attempting to compromise the security of our platform.

If your account is terminated for violation of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid. We may also restrict you from creating new accounts or purchasing new license keys in the future.

You may voluntarily terminate your access to Wingo Signals at any time by simply discontinuing use of our platform. No formal account deletion process is required as we do not maintain user accounts with personal data beyond what is stored in your browser local storage.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Wingo Signals shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the applicable legal jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will update the last updated date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers through Telegram or email.
