We pay substantial monthly bills for secure high-speed servers, database hosting, transactional email delivery, and dedicated customer support channels. Furthermore, training and running our advanced AI LLM models for pattern analysis requires heavy GPU computing power.

To keep the platform accessible to everyone while managing these monthly bills, we apply limits on the number of free prediction/signal requests you can make in a day. If you need more frequent predictions, instant Telegram signals, or advanced premium features, we require a subscription plan. Your contribution directly funds our infrastructure, database updates, and AI model training so that we can keep providing you with the most accurate analysis possible.

Paid plans can be purchased using the methods displayed at checkout. Access begins only after successful payment confirmation. Subscription periods are calculated from the date of successful payment activation. Your subscription remains active for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Before your subscription expires, you will receive a reminder to renew if you wish to continue accessing premium features.

Refund requests are reviewed consistently across paid plans. A request may be eligible for a duplicate payment, successful payment without activation, a material technical failure that prevents delivery, or cancellation before material use when submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are not based on an analytical result, prediction status, confidence score, or performance expectation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever supported, subject to provider and bank processing times.

All content on Wingo Signals including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, prediction algorithms, software code, and design elements are the intellectual property of Wingo Signals and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent from Wingo Signals. This includes but is not limited to scraping prediction data, redistributing signals through unauthorized channels, or using our content for commercial purposes without a license agreement.

You are welcome to share screenshots of Wingo Signals predictions on social media or messaging platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you include proper attribution to Wingo Signals and do not modify or misrepresent the prediction data shown.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingo Signals and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on informational outputs, third-party activities, loss of data, or interruption of service.
